These terms govern your use of sinthai.ai, operated by SinthAI Inc. (“SinthAI”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
This site is informational. It offers no account, no purchase and no download, and nothing on it is an offer to contract. Any SinthAI product will carry its own terms, which will govern that product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its administrative interfaces, or the infrastructure behind it;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site except as invited by our security.txt, and never in a way that degrades service for others;
- impose an unreasonable load on the site, including by automated scraping that disregards our robots directives;
- use the site to distribute malware or to infringe anyone’s rights.
If you find a security flaw, we would genuinely rather hear from you than not. Report it to security@sinthai.ai; we will not pursue you for good-faith research that respects the limits above.
Ownership
The content of this site — text, design, logos, the SinthAI name and the sigmoid mark — belongs to SinthAI Inc. or is used with permission. You may read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
Forward-looking statements
This site describes products under development. Descriptions of them are statements of current intent, not commitments. Features, timing and availability may change, and a described product may never ship. Do not rely on any such description in making a decision.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revision. If a future SinthAI product requires you to accept terms, we will ask you then rather than relying on this page.
